Introduction to the moro-moro, a socio-religious dance/play used to hide the art of arnis de mano from the Spanish. The first ten batalya (battles) will be taught using a variety of weapons (single sword, sword and dagger, dagger, empty hand), along with the fighting applications hidden within.
This is a continuation of the study of the moro-moro. Batalya 11-20 will be taught using the standard weapons, and new weapons will added (double sword, staff, shield), with emphasis on aesthetics and body mechanics.
Prerequisite: Moro-moro - Basics
Study of the double stick/double sword method of the Garimot system. The basic strikes, abaniko (fan) and sinawali (weaving) drills, footwork, and fighting theory will be taught and applied at full speed.

Introduction to the single stick/sword techniques of the Cinco Teros (Five Strikes) style. Footwork, stances, strikes, basic counters and fighting theory will be taught and applied at full speed.
The student will be taught to keep himself safe by controlling his opponent through an in-depth study of the corto (close range) fighting theory and techniques of the Cinco Teros style. Counters, flow drills, and disarms will be taught and applied at full speed.
Prerequisite: Cinco Teros - Fundamentals
The student will be taught to keep himself out of reach of his opponent while keeping his opponent within his own reach by studying the largo mano (long range) fighting theory and techniques of the Cinco Teros style. Counters, positioning, angles, and timing will be analyzed and applied at full speed. Weapon-drawing counters and footwork will also be covered.
Prerequisite: Cinco Teros - Fundamentals
Introduction to the Tres Puntos (Three Points) style of knife defense. Grips, footwork, strikes, and basic counters with an emphasis on controlling the attacker will be taught and applied at full speed.
Prerequisite: Cinco Teros - Basics
Continuation of the study of Tres Puntos. More advanced counters, with an emphasis on recountering and disarming, will be taught and applied at full speed. The balisong (butterfly knife), tali-daga (sling blade), and double dagger applications will also be introduced.

Introduction to the Harimaw Buno (Tiger Wrestling) style. Breathing and animal-mimicry exercises will be practiced to develop sensitivity, agility, strength, and endurance. Stance training will illustrate the basic entry theory of Harimaw Buno. Everything taught will be applied against resistance.
An in-depth study of the standing wrestling and takedown principles of Harimaw Buno. Clinching, throwing, and basic leg locks will all be taught and applied against resistance.
Prerequisite: Harimaw Buno - Fundamentals
An in-depth study of the ground-fighting principles of Harimaw Buno. Animal-mimicry exercises will be practiced to develop sensitivity, agility, strength, and endurance while on the ground. Mounts, reversals, basic locks, escapes, and ground-fighting theory will be taught and applied against resistance.

An advanced study of the locking and countering principles of Harimaw Buno. Various locks and escapes, along with set-ups, theory, and strategy will be taught and applied against resistance.
Prerequisites: Harimaw Buno - Takedowns, Hawimaw Buno - Ground Fighting
Study of the use of the lubid (rope) in the Garimot system. Grips, footwork, drawing, and strikes will be taught and applied against resistance, including their use in disarming, tying, choking, and locking. Use of these principles with any type of flexible object will also be covered.
Prerequisites: Tres Puntos - Basics, Harimaw Buno - Takedowns
Introduction to the sikadtukan (kickboxing) of the Garimot system. Footwork, basic fist strikes, and basic kicks will all be taught and applied at full speed.
A more in-depth study of the sikadtukan of the Garimot system. More kicks and strikes will be introduced and drilled with an emphasis on the empty-handed fighting theory of the Garimot system. Everything taught will be applied at full speed.
